Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, certificates (if any), tags, and accessories.
• Custom-made, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for return unless received in a defective or damaged condition.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@dpjeweller.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will assist you with the return authorization and logistics.

Return Shipping:

We will arrange a secure pickup through our trusted courier partners. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. In case the pickup service is not available in your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to us at your own cost. The shipping charge will be reimbursed upon receipt and verification.

Inspection and Approval:

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject returns if the items do not meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Jewellery that has been used, tampered with, or shows signs of wear
• Items returned without original documents and packaging
